Data Deletion
Digital Agents Studio respects your privacy and gives you full control over your data. You can request the deletion of all data associated with your account at any time.
What data we store
- Your Instagram username and profile information (when you connect your account)
- Messages received through Instagram DMs to your connected business account
- Contact information from people who message your business
- Conversation history and interaction metadata
How to delete your data
Option 1: Through Instagram
Remove the Digital Agents Studio app from your Instagram account settings. When you do this, Meta automatically notifies us and we delete all data associated with your account.
- Open Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites
- Find "Digital Agents Studio" and tap Remove
- Your data will be automatically deleted
Option 2: Contact us directly
Send an email to support@digitalagents.studio with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your Instagram username. We will process your request within 48 hours and confirm once complete.
Option 3: From your dashboard
If you have an account, log in to your dashboard and go to Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our systems.
What happens when you delete your data
- All your personal information is permanently deleted
- Conversation history and messages are removed
- Connected Instagram account data is removed
- This action is irreversible
